FC Moreno Valley Liverpool was founded in 1990 to meet the needs of the youth of Moreno Valley and its surrounding communities. The club’s philosophy was to provide an avenue for the youth through which physical and mental strength can be achieved. Through teaching the great game of soccer, we teach our players the value of sportsmanship, leadership, and courage that can be applied to life.
Our philosophy and clubs success lead to the birth of the Moreno Valley Heat Summer Classic tournament in 1992. With the help of countless volunteers and great sponsors, this event has become a success story in the city of Moreno Valley. Participation of teams from California, and the neighboring states such as Arizona and Nevada, and as far as Colorado and even Hawaii, has showcased an exciting pool of talented players.
Currently, FC Moreno Valley Liverpool consists of 7 teams that will be competing in the Coast Soccer League in the Fall. In the boys division, the teams are U09, U10, U14, U15. In The girls division, U15, U19, and U19 age brackets are represented. Also, FC Moreno Valley Liverpool has a Womens 18+ that plays in the Moreno Valley Adult League.
FC Moreno Valley Liverpool teams are coached by a competent core of licensed coaches who have attended many clinics hold licenses as a high National C level. Club teams also have enlisted help of trainers who are some of the finest in their fields of expertise.
FC Moreno Valley Liverpool’s past success and the abundance of a talented players in the area help insure a brighter future for this club and all involved. We select our players based on talent and desire to play the sport. Race, religion, or economic background does not play part in any player selection.
